T-shirt size problem ?

Im trying to buy a t-shirt off this website and it says;

womens small=width/length 12/24 inches

womens medium=width/length 14/25 inches

What sizes are these ? I wanted a size 12 in the british sizing

i think it's the small size

I would say the first one is british size 10 and the second a 12. You lucky girl you, ah to be so slim.
