T-shirt transfers for volleyball team. ?

Question

I'm playing in a volleyball tournament this weekend and we have to make our own shirts. I bought this t-shirt transfer paper (print works) thinking it would be easy to find a design online. But im having a lot of trouble.

Anyone have idea on a website i can design this shirts and then print them on my own. A lot of websites make me order them. I'm running short on time.

I need something with our team name on front and number and last name on back.

for your name and number just do it on microsoft word, and for designs, google them

hmmm, it's easier to just by fabric paint and write with the nozzle of the bottle your name, team name and number. is that an option?

i know nothing about t-shirt trasfer paper.
