TAG Heuer repairs?

Does anyone have any experience having TAG's refurbished or repaired.  I have a 6 year old black and gold serieds 1000 with considerable wear on the band and a couple of scratches on the crystal. Is it possible to replace the band, resurface the worn black plating, etc?? Thanks in advance. Curious
