TAPS Episode 23 Dr. Ellis' House Footage (2005)? psychics / mediums?

Question

Anyone seen / remember this footage? I was always fascinated by this. Anyone, skeptic or believer, have an opinion as of what happened. Is this evidence of a true psychic? It starts around 3:30 in the clip. Remember this is a thermal imaging camera, it is recording heat.

I don't see this as an indication of any psychic activity.  It's true that in thermal imaging the different colors can represent different temperatures, but in reality those different colors are arbitrarily assigned.

When calibrating I can have the red signify a 5 degree range or a 15 degree temperature range.  In addition, you can slide the scale so that red can represent 40-45 degrees at the start and 75-80 degrees at the end.  That makes for a very psychedelic look at all things go through the spectrum of colors as this shift occurs.

So, what did they record?  I don't know because they didn't have a visual spectrum video recorder going at the same time.  I wonder why.  One possible reason is because if they had a regular video camera going you could see whatever was responsible for the shift in the thermal image.

If I were to try to reproduce what we saw on the thermal camera I would either shine a light on the wall behind them and move it across or else I would place something transparent in front of the camera that would retain some heat.

I am aware it is a thermal.

That is his Aurora & it seems to bloom when he puts forth the energy.

I did see the episode and found it to be just as puzzling and interesting as they did.  It appeared to be auras, but it was never said for sure....
