TCC for 4 years. 4th round of clomid?

I have been tcc for about 4 years. 2 of which i have been on something, i got pregnant 2 years ago but lost my baby at 6 wks. I am currently waiting to see if i am pregnant now. my nipples are very sore but i know it would be way to soon to tell. If i am not pregnant my ob/gyn wants to put me on clomid again only at a higher dose. I am concerned because this would be my 4th round and I have read in many placed that over 3 times and you are at a higher risk for cancer and other things. I am getting frustrated. What should I do? go with the 4th round or try more invasive things??

2. I have a yeast infection, I used a cream two nights ago. is it safe to have s*x? (for both of us)

If you have a yeast infection you could pass it along to your hubby, so I would wait on the s*x. If you might possibly be pregnant, have you checked with the doc to see if a yeast infection cream is OK to use??
