TEAC SDB450 password?!?

Hey i brought a TEAC SDB450 about four months ago and i set a password for the system. Now i need to rechannell it and ive forgotten my password. I have searched everywhere on the net and i cant find the answer. Is there anyway of resetting the whole system or finding my password; or am i doomed??
