TEACHING ENGLISH OVERSEAS?

I actually have a few questions so please help me if you can.

1.What education do i need to do this and which college is best? Also, do colleges like harvard and yale offer this.

2. Can i find a permanent career in this?

3. Im and most interested in working in Africa but what other places pay the most?

4. Are there programs that will pay for expenses too, and what are the best programs to join. (will i work in a university or a private building?)

p.s. im looking for a career not a volunteer, temporary, or low pay program like peace corps.

Work somewhere in the Middle East (gulf region, like Dubai), you'll make lots of $$$$ and life is pretty laid back there.

I don't think you need any special education, just a degree in English and maybe a teacher's degree.
