TECH QUESTION!!! Is there a way to take a video, and then split the audio from the picture?

I want to make a present for someone. What I need to do: 1. Record myself singing with my camera. 2. Put it on my computer 3. Split the audio from the video 4. Set the audio to pictures, like a slideshow. Is there a way to do this? I need to finish this ASAP. Please help me in any way that you can...I really appreciate it :]

You can do it with iMovie on a Mac.
