poland that breathtaking countryside , with forests and patched rainbow fields and rainbow meadows but amongst that lie the delicous pickels of poland ! , the best pickles are big fat juicy pickels that are kiszone ! mmmm , sour flavory taste it's to good ! yes those are the best pickels ! polish pickles !

"Kiszone", of course. You take fresh cucumbers, put them into jars, add dill and horseradish (both leaves and bits of root), some other spices, and pour hot salty water on them. After that you put the lids on and overturn the jars, so that they seal themselves. For immediate consumption you take the same ingredients and put everything in a big jar. The cucumbers have to be kept down with a piece of solid wooden board and a weight. When they are just a bit sour, they are the best - "maÃ…Â‚osolne".
