THE BEST WAY TO KILL WASPS..........?

what is the best home remedy way to kill a wasps. we have a nest under our front steps, and need to take control of this asap. tha;nks for any suggestions.

find the nest, wait until night time, when they have returned, cover nest with a plastic sheet and throw in a strong solution of ammonia and water,and wham you've got them, but be careful

to kill them individually squirt 'em good with soapy dishwater; it'll bring them down and you can squash or do whatever to them. I keep a spray bottle of diluted dishsoap on the kitchen counter for all kinds of insects. You can also just soak them with the soapy water and they'll die eventually, as the soap kills by dessication; it's slower, though, with wasps than with other more fragile insects.

Envirotech.  Or Ortho Wasp and Hornet Killer.  Don't mess around with home remedies.  Wasps are nasty creatures that need to be taken care of properly.
