I have seen video footage of Conrad Black getting annoyed when an interviewer said he should have allowed all profits to go to shareholders. All profits belong to shareholders and not to hand them over is large scale theft.Not only theft there are special laws governing the distribution and use of company money.The penaltys for breaking these laws is public information
