THE High Schol Experience....

Question

The best years of our lives?

Or do they even really matter later on?

hmmmm....so far i think these years are going by fast.

I do wish i could be in college already...freedom.

but at the same time its fun being in high school.

what do u think??

what you fail to realize is that while you can choose what classes you want to take in college, there are still things you HAVE to take. most degrees require you to take some basic form of college level math, science, english, etc. you can choose what you want to major in, but you still have to take certain classes for that major. college is really the same thing as high school, except you have to cook your own food and a lot of your friends end up going to a different school. and the classes are a LOT harder.

you can spend your entire life looking forward to the freedom of the future, or you can enjoy the here and now for what its worth. high school was a lot of fun, but it could have been so much better if id spent more time actually enjoying it.

i was sick a lot in high school and on a lot of different kinds of strong medicines....i don't remember much about high school much less the classes and teachers. i did, however get to go to senior prom. and was in the hospital graduation day. so, i hope u have a great senior year and make the best of it.

I do not think they are the best years of your life.

I do think we learn a lot from these years, but how can they be the best days of our lives?

There is cruel gossip, friends that will betray you, you are forced to take classes you dont want, and not a lot of choice in anything.

I think they have been going by really fast, but later in life everything gets better.

You get to choose your job, meet new friends who have matured. More freedom, choose what you want to do with your life.

They weren't the best, but I enjoyed them.  College is the same.  Freedom, but there are also bills to pay but no parents.  Eh, six of one and half a dozen of another.

No i don't think it's the best years of your Life at all once u move on to college you basically forget all your friends in highschool because everyone goes there seperate ways some people take the career route and some people go to college and in college u find new friends that you live with and party with and go to clubs with and nothing is better then a college party or a sppring break party alot of people in highschool are young and imature but when u get to college u meet serious people who are real and are str8 up and are prolly your true friends

I DO NOT THINK THE BEST YEARS OF MY LIFE ARE HIGH SCHOOL..I JUST HATE IT EVERYTHING ABOUT IT..AND I CANT WAIT TIL I AM DONE..I AM GOING TO CELEBRATE...I AM NOT GOING TO CRY...LOL......I MEAN I LOVE LEARNING AND ALL I JUST HATE SCHOOL THOUGH..MY LAST YEAR LIKE U...LOL..CANT WAIT TIL COLLEGE I LOVE IT......

ONE YEAR LEFT..COME ON WE COULD DO IT I MEAN WE DID LIKE 13 YEARS OF IT..LOL...

Same here. I want to be in college,yet I love high school.

And yes they sure are going fast!
