  1. Move

I'll say a prayer for you:)

  2. If you feel you're being wronged, refuse to talk to the police without a warrant.  If they arrest you, then demand representation as is your legal right.  If you can show how this has damaged you, then retain council and sue.

However, the best thing you can do is avoid associating with people or taking part in any activities which would draw suspicion to your character (whether true or not.)  In other words, if you feel like you're being seen as a criminal, make sure it isn't because you're associating with them.

    Good luck.

  3. Is it still 'hip' to speak Ebonics?

  4. You can take it to court make sure the court is outside of your town but in the same county

  5. you can't do anything. police can do what ever they want. it sucks, i also think its bull ****.

  6. You can't do a thing. The police have the right to lie about anything they want to lie about. It's not illegal for them to lie, only for you to lie. Don't talk to them, at all, without an attorney present - period. They can't make you talk. Of course, they can still lie and say that you said such and such. That's just the way they operate.

  7. Unless you've been formally charged with anything, I doubt the police are "puttin your name in stuff" other than the reports they have for their use.

Maybe you should take a look at the company you keep?

Perhaps some of them are involved in illegal activities, and have some how involved you. Either by trying to defect suspicion from themselves and telling the cops stories. If that's the case then others are responsible for the slander, not the police.

Or maybe a suspected drug dealer was seen at your home by the police themselves, or  a concerned neighbor who called the cops.

The phone call could very well be from someone who IS involved in illegal activities and only knows you talked to the police. They may have seen them talking to you, or had someone inform them that you talked to the police and are calling you up to intimate you into not cooperating with them in any way.

If you really feel you've done nothing to raise suspicion, then go to the police department and issue a formal complaint against them.

  8. Stop breaking the law and hanging out with low life criminals..Simple

  9. nothing

  10. First thing you should do is go back to school and learn how to talk properly. Definately take a grammar course and also maybe a speech class. Other than that stop hanging out with the wrong people

  11. Unfortunately police harassment is a fact in our lives. You can't really do much as to accomplish anything legally you would have to go through the system provided by the similar people, you cannot police the police.

What should you do? I suggest social revolution.

  12. Do you hang around druggies, deadbeats, etc.?  If so, find better friends.

The police only tell people things on a need to know basis.

Edit: But if you submitted anything in writing with atrocious grammar, I can see why they are convinced you are a drug dealer.  Smart people use better grammar.

  13. stop associating with people who are in trouble with law.

  14. Find someone who speaks English as well as your native language and try asking the question again.  You make very little sense.

  15. give them evidence that you don't.

  16. TALK TO A LAWYER!!!!!

  17. Find some better friends.

  18. After seeing your grammar, I would say move away, and get some sort of GED.
