THE REASON OF CONSTANT PAIN IN THE RIGHT KNEE AND BELOW THE CALF EXTENDING TO THE HALF PORTION OF HEEL ?

  1. If the pain seems to be focused on the shin bone, it may be shin splints.  If the pain seems to be focused more on the calf muscles, it could be compartment syndrome.  It does not sound at all like arthritis since arthritis affects the joints, and not the bones in between.  


  2. Have you pulled a muscle maybe? or maybe you damaged your knee a long time ago and it's weak? Arthritis basically means swollen joints if that helps. Try massaging the calf this may ease the pain (assuming nothings broken of course!), then get your doctor to check it out if it carries on.

  3. It could be from a hundred or more different aliments.  No one could ever guess.  You need to see a doctor if it is causing you major discomfort.
