THERE are recent intrusion alerts on my PC and it showed the IP ADDRESS of the intruder.

Please help me, how can I report this to officials and track the hacker?

You could track down the ISP of the offending IP address and send them a note telling what happened.  A window capture of the Norton popup would be useful.

To do a window capture, click anywhere in the popup, then press Alt-Prt Scr.  Paste the clipboard into MS Paint or MS Word and save the document.  (If you use Paint, save as a JPG; BMPs are horrendously large.)

To track down the ISP, go to this URL and enter the IP address reported by your firewall:  http://whois.domaintools.com/

Use the OrgAbuseEmail address listed in the WhoIs record.
