When choosing a name you have to imagine that one day your daughter could be applying for a fabulous job with an amazing company and when she gives her name ..... Mandii Ha'Nae ???

Why not go with a name that people understand - if you like Mandii then why not name her Amanda, which can be shortened to Mandy, or Mandi?

If you like Sandii, why not name her Alexandra and call her Sandi for short - that way she will have the best of both worlds - a formal name, yet you can use her nickname.

Think how silly Mandii is going to sound when she is 60.

You may like them but she may not when she grows up I have 5 kids and thought very seriously about there names. I will say in the end it is your choice but in Australia they took a child away from her parents because they name her "taloola does the Houla in Hawaii". Think of how she will feel.
