Oh by the way, if i ask for information as to where to find him at the University will they tell me??? Will the admissions people tell me his address or phone number? Without him i will be basically stranded in bucharest. If i explain my situation would the university staff tell me????? Im desperate to find him.

Thats a pretty common name and I doubt you'll find someone who knows him.  Try calling some of his friends or people that you two both know.  You'll have much better chances of getting in touch with him.  And Bucuresti is really big too so if you dont know where to look, you'll have trouble
