It's up to you, but yeah most girls do. You don't have to shave, you can wax or get a hair removal cream (one that's specifically for that area) Although you shouldn't feel like you have to, I don't know anyone that doesn't. I always make sure I'm "neatly trimmed" b4 I wear my bikini, I would feel very embarrassed if I was showing any!!

It's very popular now.  Even though a few years ago only p**n stars shaved, a lot of girls will tell you you "have to."  If you have a lot of hair, you should be fine if you just trim it enough that it doesn't show.  I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Well, you don't have to, but its rather unattractive to have stuff showing out the sides. If you want to you can "trim it" which is shaving just along the bikini line. This prevents you from having to do the whole thing if you don't want to. Try trimming it with scissors before you shave if its longer too, because if you don't you'll ruin your razor, haha. =]

You don't have to. I shave because in my pe class we got to change in front of other girls and I didn't want my hair sticking out. Plus, I swam a lot this summer esp. round guys so I didn't want to show it! You should trim it first then shave it, but be gentle. It will itch when its starting to grow back!

You CAN completely shave your pubics, but you can get irritating razor bumps and ingrown hairs there and they can be very sensitive.

Shave the inner section of your thighs but not all of your pubics.  If you really worry about it trim the hair down with scissors so it helps control it without you risking painful sores.
