THIS is crazzyyy!???

Okey here it goes ; When i look into the mirrow i see a beautiful girl with a straight nose. on pictures my nose gets really wide and ive asked my friends what they say ; some of them say yes and some of them say no. My friend has four mirrows on each side of the wall. If i look into the two that is closest on the wall my nose looks wide. Its driving me crazy! In every mirrow i look fine my nose look fine , but in this it dosent. I dont feel beautiful if my nose is wide. Have anyone bin trough this? PLEASE HELP! im 14.

mirrors all make u lok different due to different glares and etc.

same with cameras (depends on quality of camera and whether ur photogentic or not)

the solution:

get a camera and put it on record.

record urself (idk say hello or something)

and check if ur nose looks big compared to the rest of ur face... ^_^

Well, maybe the camera is weird. Your mirror reflection is an exact reflection of you, just flip-flopped (because that's what mirrors do). But don't worry about your nose! I have a werid nose too, and ears that stick out! I'm fine with it.

Help me please? It's a short question!

Try looking at the Body Peace project sites.

It's a reflection, the mirror isn't a perfect reflection, they have dents and flaws, just as real people do.

and really it all just depends on the lighting!

when a bright light hits something it makes it look bigger, because it reflects light, when it is darker, it keeps the light making it appear smaller.

And you don't feel beautiful because your nose is wide????

Wide noses are perfectly fine, you don't want a Paris nose or a Michael Jackson nose.

i been through it too

when i look in the mirror i see a beutiful girl and then when i look at my pics i look like a freak

my nose looks weird

my face looks weird

but don't worry, it happens and u'll eventually learn that you are really beautiful

trust me, i've been through more than enough stages where i've hated certain parts of my body. don't mention it to anyone else, and they won't notice. we all have our flaws, no one's perfect, and i'm positive people don't think your nose is ugly.

sorry to break it to you but i think the picture is how you acutally look. cus mirrors can be deceiving. but pictures are what you really look like unless its like photoshopped or somethingg

ok, im 14 too and im goin through it to.. its when most people take a picture or look in the mirror you turn sideways. so you can see the side and how long your nose really is.try taking your pics straight, and avoid turning yourself when you look in the mirror if you dont wanna see dat.

You are your worst critic.  Quit being so hard on yourself.  So what if you have a wide nose or a skinny nose.  You are unique.

It's happenend to me before.

A real, good quality mirror is what you need.  Cheap ones are like fun house mirrors, and camera lenses may stretch the middle of your face.

OMG i have the same problem to and i love taking pictures but i feel pretty in real life, but once i take pictures i feel ugly and fake, only because of how wide my nose looks. and its normally straight the only thing i can really do for pictures is tilt my head slightly so you dont look directly on my face, but from the side :-s

Haha.. i have a similar problem..not exactly like yours , but yeah.

I feel I look fine when I look in the mirror when I'm at home, but when I go to other peoples houses or see pictures of myself.. I feel like I look awful..and not the same as what I saw in my mirror.. haha..I know..it sounds weird..but I totally get it.

I think it also has to do with different lighting and different mirror angles. If it's different surroundings, then we'll look different in our reflections based on lighting, angles etc.. and we'll perceive ourselves to look different. That's my explanation anyways :P
