TI-83+ question?

Hey guys, well, my Graphing Calculator, TI-83+ Version isn't accessing my memory. Every time i press 2nd MEM, it doesn't go there, just turns off 2nd mode. And at the same time, MirageOS, (application) needs a password to start. Are these two related? Thanks.

  1. try resetting the calculator, using the "reset all ram"
