TK-1000

Question

I have a tk-1000 barcode scanner hooked up to me computer for library use. I am using the program concourse to check books in and out. The barcode are Follett barcodes and could be either Interleaced 2 of 5 or Codabar but I have no idea as I didnt purchase it. When the barcodes are scanned it gives and error of barcode not valid. I dont know what the heck to do. The manual for the scanner is all in geek and Concourse wont give support since its not their scanner.
