TM 27 (Return) in Pokemon Emerald

I have the TM from Pacifidlog Town, but Bulbapedia also says it is in Fallarbor Town. I need both, so I need details on where to get it in Fallarbor (the house/person and where they are)

Give a meteorite to the Prof Cozmo in Fallarbor Town, and he'll give it to you. You can find the meteorite in Meteor Falls.
