TNA, WWE/F, ECW, WCW, what was the worst and lamest stable or tag team concept in wrestling history?

Stable - Hmmm...My minds not exactly throwing ideas at me but if you remember THE ALLIANCE!!! Seriously, half the guys were WWE superstars who went "back" to ECW or WCW and feuded with the WWE. Or guys who had jumped ship i.e Austin and Kurt Angle.

Tag Team - There's too many, but Billy and Chuck made me sick all the time.
