TNT2 M64 And Windows 2000

Question

Hi there I have a TNT2 M64 w/32MB and 128MB system memoryI??ve downloaded nvidia drivers, detonator 3 today.The brand of the board is 3d Power... looks like a taiwanese.In win 98 I was able to install the drivers with no problem...In Win2k, after a bouch of reboots and reinstalations, it recognizes the TNT2 M64 but it does not have Direct3D and AGP options enabled on DXDIAGAny sugestions?TIA
