  1. you will need Identification most likely. most places are pretty strict with it and it needs to be photo id government issued.

  2. Most places are VERY strict about it because if they get caught serving you they can lose their liquor license.  You won't likely even get inside.

  3. The age is 19 in Ontario dumbass

  4. the drinking age is 19

  5. Unless the place you intend to have a drink in is a dump and has nothing to lose, you'll all get carded. Bar servers and LCBO staff are pretty well trained to spot those fake ID's to boot. If they doubt the authenticity of that ID in the least, they can and will refuse service. The establishment can lose their licence and face a fine for serving under age. Just recently a server for the Rogers Centre Blue Jays games was fired for not carding someone that even though was well over 19 years old, still looked as though they may have been "borderline" in age according to that companies policy. For that matter, if you are caught drinking booze that your pals bought for you, they can be charged with providing alcohol to a minor. If that should happen somehow, you'd be best off taking the hit, not your pals. You'll get a fine, they could get jail. If one of those "pals" happens to be your parent or legal guardian that bought it from a LCBO outlet though and you consume it in a private residence ( a hotel room or dwelling), that's legal if they provide it to you but they can't do the same thing in a licenced establishment. Strange but true. See the exemptions in the link I provided.

  6. The age is 19. It's very unlikely you will be able to drink. Most places card you if you look 25 and under. They can loose their license for selling to under age people and also get fined too. In extreme cases say you were injured or killed in a car accident they could be held liable for that too. One such case has just been through the courts in our town. The bar owner can never be licensed again and had a huge fine. . Servers have to have a servers license too which they can loose for serving underage. Clubs probably will not even let you in under 19.  No one will want to be taking the risk so unfortunately for you chances are it will be soft drinks only.

  7. trust me, you will not get away with it. most places wont evenlet you in unless you are 19. its worth a try, but honestly... dont expect anything.
