TOSHIBA A135-S2386- I HAVE AN ERROR WHEN TURNING...

Question

I turned on my laptop and there's a black screen that says "A disk read error occured Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart". So i press crt+alt+del and it restarted but there's still a black screen that says "". I tried Formating the hard dirve, but it doesnt work. Please help me if u guys know how to fix it. Thanks.

i keep getting a dark screen whenever i put my computer on,it is not booting and it keep making clicking sounds.
