TOshiba Laptop u200 bios paswword protected

HI

My toshiba laptop u200 has a bios password protected. Some suggest to run some pgms but it cant start unless you have the right password. I have removed the Battery for 30min, but it still asking fro the password. and it gives me only 1 chance to type it, after is turns off. I have changed even for a new hard disk, but the laptop cant boot unless you give the good passwd.
Is there any hard solution for this specific model.
