I think saw an ad for this before on TV or something. It's an Indian movie right? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jab_We_Met says it means "when we met".

It could be "Hav we met?" or the more grammatically correct "Have we met?" The letters "h" and "j" are close to each other on the keyboard, as well as "v" and "j."
