TROGAN HORSE!!!!!! HELP!!!!!?

Question

Hey, I asked a question earlier on Yahoo Answers. One of the answers was a video one and it had a link, a minute later my desktop wallpaper changed and this thing popped up from AVG Anti-Virus and said there was a threat of a trogan horse. I moved it to the virus vault and deleted it. What else do I need to do? How can I be sure its gone?

i do not know how to make sure ni know that well a trogan horse is harmless all it does is replicate and that person didnt make that trogan horse some one probobly assed it on to that person trogan horses can be very sneaky
