TROUBLE UPLOADING! Please, please, please, please, please, help!?

I worked really hard on something on adobe illustrator CS3. It won't upload to photobucket! I really need it to! Please help! How do I get it to upload to photobucket? Photobucket keeps saying "invalid file type"

Photobucket probably requires that files be jpg or gif. An illustrator file can only be viewed with illustrator. Is there an option in the program to export or save in another file format?
