NO POWER, ONLY GREEN LED STAYS ON BERALY. CHECK AC VOLTS OK. CHECK DCV NOT READING CORRECTLY. STILL PUSH POWER TO SEE IF IT TURNS ON NO POWER. PLEASE HELP. GIMBLIET
