“Blackburn Rovers are keen on Vedad Ibisevic, the chances to see him move are fifty-fifty.
We have still to agree a transfer fee; anyway they have been asking us on the allowance to pick up contract negotiations with the player.”
Tanner confirmed that negotiations were taking place, but revealed that it was still not confirmed if Ibisevic would leave for the Premier League side. The Bosnia international is contracted to Hoffenheim until the end of 212-2013 season and is expected to cost Blackburn Rovers an estimated £3.5 million, which they would gladly pay to acquire his services.
