Hello everyone,

I am getting overly frustrated!!!! I am 21 dpo and the last two test I took on Aug 25th and 28th were both BFN. My LMP was July 25th. I am normally very regular (30 days between each AF) but this year has been the most irregular year for me.

Back in January I thought I was pregnant. Tested 15 times all BFN's and I was late for 2 months. Some test the doctors even did and still BFN. I eventually got my AF March 18. Then was getting back to being regular until July. I was 5 days late due to A LOT of stress of moving and having to deal with Hubby's job (he is a soldier and deploying back to Iraq soon). I knew I was going to be late cause I knew the stress I was under and hubby and I did not BD when we should have.

I am too afraid to test again, cause I don't want to see the BFN again. I'm trying really hard to keep my spirits up and keep positive. We really want a baby and want to get pregnant before he deploys again for 12 months.

NO real symptoms (except for minor cramping and back pain and headaches).....I'm late going on 4 days. I have a feeling my body is just weird and nothing happens until 6-7 weeks along. That's what happened the last two times I was pregnant a while ago.

Everyone is getting their BFP's at 3-4 weeks...is it possible that I may not get my BFP until further along?? Has anyone else had this happen to them before???

  1. It's very possible you may get your BFP a little later. Sometimes it takes a while for the hormone to build up enough to be detected by hpt. I suggest going in for a blood test or maybe going to a clinic. The clinics generally have more sensitive tests and will let you know before a hpt would.

Good luck and Baby dust to us both!!!

    :)
