I'm 30 yrs old, 5' 10'', 148 lbs, no known health problems & TTC.

I just started exercising w/my hubby once a day, every day. We do about 10-15 mins of either intense cardio or "total body" (push ups, sit ups, resistance band, etc.). Is this going to adversely affect my ovulation?

  1. Definitely not too much, it's more probable that could be really beneficial.

Recommended amount of exercise especially cardio workouts etc is 30 minutes a day, more if trying to lose weight. So if you wanted to up it to 30 minutes from your 10-15 mins that will still be perfectly fine.

You won't have to sacrafice any workout when TTC (well as long as you don't over do it) it's only if you do become pregnant that you might have to rethink exercises as pg progresses.
