TTC.. Signs of pregnancy?

I'm almost 22yrs old & engaged. We've been ttc for almost 4 months. I've been taking prenatals & we've been having intercourse atleast every other day. My cycle for the past two months has been like this;

Jun 16th - June23rd; period & same dates for July. About 6 days ago I had spotting. It wasn't on my underwear, just when I wipe after going to the bathroom. Today i had spotting as well, but it was on my underwear & it was a darker red (like brown almost), and it was a little thick/milky (I dont really know how to explain it but other women might understand what I mean). I changed, & 4 hours later no period or more spotting. Could these be signs that I'm pregnant? Like that implanation bleeding? I've gained 5 pounds in the last month, but other then that I feel/eat normal. Any input/responses are appreciated.

There's really no way to know besides a positive pregnancy test.  If your first spotting was 6 days ago, you should get a positive result if in fact you are pregnant.  

As far as symptoms go, there are no symptoms that tell you for sure that you are pregnant.  Some women feel all kinds of things, some women feel nothing, others feel PMS-like symptoms.  Take a test, that's your best bet.
