Question:

TTC - could I be pregnant?

Been trying to conceive almost 8 months now. My periods are usually like clockwork, but it's about 4 days late now....there has been a little stress lately, but not enough to throw my cycle off key - I have been under worse stress and they always arrive on time.

I have taken 2 cheap P. Tests, both were negative.

Yesterday my b***s were sore to even look at and I had these stabbing pains run the length of my lower abdomen, they came out of no where and lasted about 10 to 15 seconds, then vanished, this happened about twice a few hours apart. I actually had to stop what I was doing and double over - felt like someone was twisting a knife in my underbelly - but then it vanished - - oddest thing - it has never happened before.

So far today, no pain - no signs of PMS on the way - my b***s aren't as sore, but the tests said NEG this morning.

Any ideas?

  1. There is always a chance as long as AF does not show up. My AF due date is 26/27 & she is not showing yet, hope she does not. Will be testing this Sat, hope it will be a BFP.

Good luck & baby dust to all

  2. You could be. Sometimes it might take you body a few days to build up enough hcg to show on the pregnancy test you are using. Try again in a few days if is still don't show. BABY DUST TO YOU!

  3. If your period is already past due your symptoms could be those of implantation.  I think it is a little late but still a good possibility depending on the length of your cycle.  I know the wait is murder but give it a few more days and take the test again.  Another issue could be the test that you are taking.  There is no standard for the level of the pregnancy hormones that the tests have to measure so it is possible that you are newly pregnant and there is not enough of the hormone for your test to register a positive result.  Try a different brand and see what those results are.  Baby Dust to you and all of the TTC
