This is my second month using the CBFM I am on day 18 of this cycle. I have not had a peak reading only high for the past 8 days (first month it peaked on day 14...AF came on day 28). Last week (days 10-14) I had pink CM...I did the BD a lot hoping it was ovulation bleeding. But today when I went to the restroom there was A LOT of dark brown/pink stretchy/slimy (sorry TMI) discharge...it came out and hung there (again sorry TMI). It was the consistency of egg whites (fertile CM) but it was brown. I know this means old blood, but why is it here again?

Has anyone had this happen and still wound up pregnant?

I don’t know what it going on...what could this be???

  1. Can you plot your temperature on FertilityFriend.ca so we can see what is going on with your temperature? Just add a link to your question so we can see what is going on.

I don't know what CBFM is. Personally, I am taking something called "Fertile CM" (cervical mucous). I bought this from a website online (also got really good and cheap ovulation test strips there).

I have had VERY FERTILE CM since taking the Fertile CM. I tried not taking it last month and did not have fertile CM on my most fertile days.

When I did take it, I had fertile CM on ALL fertile days of my cycle.

It sounds like you did not ovulate this month. Whatever you are taking, it is s******g up your hormones.

However, whenever you have that stretchy stuff, you are most fertile.

Since you have an irregular cycle, you should be using the saliva test.

  2. that very well could have been implantation bleeding sometimes its brown and mixes with your cm. good luck test on 12dpo and see if still neg then wait till missed period your preg hormone probably isn't as strong yet. good luck and lots of baby dust
