Me and my husband are ttc but I've heard too much Vitamin C can cause cervical mucus to dry up, but just the right amount can cause it to improve. I'm currently taking prenatal vitamins but I like drinking orange juice in the morning. I don't want to cut off using my prenatal vitamins but I'm a few days from ovulating. Any ideas on what's the "right" amount of vitamin c? I don't want to overload!
