TTC..need advice.?

My husband and I have been TTC for 4 months now and no luck. I've used the ovulation calendars and still failed. I know for most couples it can take up to a year and I know that we should just enjoy and not stress TTC. The first day of my last period was June 28th. We had s*x on the most important dates according to the calendars July 11, 12, 13, 14 (we also did this in the past months and nothing) Are we doing something wrong? I am starting to worry that something is wrong with me. Maybe I am not calculating my ovulation calendars correctly. Any advice on getting pregnant?

  1. They make a test to see when you're ovulating.  Ask at the pharmacy.  I'd suggest trying to pin the date down and only have s*x everyother day, so the number of sperm have a chance to build up.

Are you taking a prenatal vitamen, like you should to prevent certain birth defects?  That could accountfor the yellow pee.  Whenever I was a bit dehydrated it lookedd like I must have eaten a canary.  LOL  There is a chance you may be pregnant and the illness is an early symptom.  Wait a little longer and test.  Good luck.

  2. Relax, take a deep breath.

Even if you time everything super-perfect, there is only a 1 in 5 chance for a pregnancy. So there isn't necessarily anything wrong with you.

Try having s*x in the missionary position. After s*x, keep your hips and legs propped up in the air, so that gravity will pull the s***n inside. Do this for about 30 minutes.

Go to websites like fertilityfriend.com to learn all you need to know about fertility. And, I haven't heard anything about pee color having to do anything with fertility. You should take a lot of fluids to dilute it.

    Good luck hun!
