TV, Sky, DVDR, VCR + Wii connection

Question

Matsui TV with two scarts and red, yelow white audio/video links. Have connected VCR to 1 scart socket. Wii to AV in and Sky connects by scart to dvdr and then to Matsui TV.When DVDR ON, Sky picture is poor. When DVDR plays picture is green tinted. Previously a DVD was connected in the same way and DVD picture had red tine, but thyis DVD is now ok into another TV by scart connection.Is the sequence right for DVDR etc? and how can I get the picture to be normal?
