TV's in Trains?

Question

hey, for a profect, i was wondering if, hypothetically, if there were TV's in trains if you would watch them and if you'd want volume on hi or low? Please give as much input as possible

Headphones, with volume limiters on them so you don't hear your neighbour's  I'd use them if they were very cheap/free, otherwise I prefer the natural TV (ie scenery through the window).
