Question:

TV Flickers!

My TV Flickers, only seems to do it when programmes go into adverts,( not sure if that's anything to do with it) Its a Toshiba 15" LCD Flatscreen had it about 18months I've checked the cable connections, Help Please, it's driving me nuts'!!
