TV-Out on STB Velocity 4400!

Question

Hi! Does anyone have the TV-Out working with the newer Detonator Drivers(2.08+up)? Mine does not! It only works with the STB Drivers, and since they are not updating their drivers anymore, I feel kinda left out of the game. So, why won??t this work? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
