TV SCREEN VERY DIM

THE SCREEN IS VERY DIM EVEN AFTER ADJUSTING THE BRIGHTNESS TO MAX.
ALSO AFTER ADJUSTING THE SCREEN VOLTAGE AND FOCUS ON THE FLYBACK TRANSFORMER,STILL NO CHANGES NOTICED TO THE
SCREEN.
WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?
