TV Show Involving A Fake Baby, Colin And Justin, Caprice, HELP???

I'm looking to find what the program was called. It was awhile ago. Caprice was on and Colin and Justin.

UK tv.

They got a fake baby, a model baby, to see if the could cope with being a parent. Anyone know what it was called??
