My Philips 27PT543S37A won't turn on. When I plug it in, it makes a high pitched bird chirping sound. When I took off the back case of the TV, the sound appeared to be coming from the transformer. If it is not coming from the transformer, I know for sure the sound is coming from the green circuit board with the transformer on it.The noise slows down and stops when the TV is unplugged, and pushing the power button when the TV is plugged in does nothing. What's wrong? Can I fix this?
