TV Turns Off. my 32in Sharp tv, model number 32L-S400B turns off after using it for awhile.

Question

my 32in Sharp tv, model number 32L-S400B turns off after using it for awhile.  Then it wont turn on again.  After I leave it off for days it tuns on again.  Help!!!!

Saritatv will not turn on at all.checked fuse and it's good,what else could it be??My sharp CX-68G5 has turned itself off and i cant get it to turn back on. the red standby light flashes on and off 3 times in a row then stops then flashes 3 times again etc etc...
I have tried programming it thru a universal remote but still cant get it to turn back on!
Help Please!!!
