TV advert for bank card that does not let you go overdrawn?

I have recently seen a television advert in the UK for a bank card that does not let you go overdrawn, but you can still use the card on the internet and to pay in shops etc.

Does anyone know which company this is please? I need help budgeting and I think this may be the answer.

If you are referring to a debit card, perhaps the bank was really advertising overdraft protection for the account.  You can look into this option at your own bank - they probably offer it.
