TV blew out. I currently have a Panasonic 60' LCD screen tv model # PT-60LC14. The tv just blew

Question

I currently have a Panasonic 60' LCD screen tv model # PT-60LC14. The tv just blew out on me. The power light continues to blink red , when I attempt to turn it on it just continuously blinks green then back to red eventually. While the power light blinks red the lamp light on the front of the tv blinks red as well. What do I need to do at this point? Who do I need to call to fix the issue?
