I bought a Goodmans LD1945WD tv about 3 weeks ago and now it won't work.It is stuck on one channel (BBC1) and the volume would only go down so it is now on zero.The remote does not work,i have tried new batteries.I can take it off stand-by using the on-off button on top of tv, and the channel and volume on top of tv does not work,neither does the source button.I can bring up the menu screen but that is it.Please can you help.
